Questions teachers ask
Is it really free for teachers?
Yes. A teacher account is free, and every chapter of every game is open to it, whatever families pay at home. There are no adverts.
Do my pupils need accounts?
No. You play together on the board, and children open your class link at home without signing in. Families who want to keep their own child's progress can make a free family account.
What about pupil data?
You never type pupils' names or details. A class is just a name like "Class 3B" and a school year. Your account holds your name as children know it, your school and your email.
Does it work on an interactive whiteboard?
Yes. Games run in any modern browser and go full screen, with large buttons, narration you can turn off, and short chapters that fit a lesson starter or plenary.
Which curriculum do the games follow?
Every game is matched to the national curriculum in England, from Reception to Year 6, so it also suits British international schools.
Can several teachers from one school join?
Yes. Each teacher makes their own free account with their own classes. Please sign up with your official school email.
Can I use a teacher account for my own children at home?
No: teacher accounts are for teaching your classes. At home, children use your class link, and parents can make their own family account.
